Inquiries regarding orders or the website, in general, should be directed to our customer service at hello@artsyfartsy.dk. When you make a purchase on artsyfartsy.eu, you automatically accept our terms and conditions. Our terms & conditions can be updated and therefore you must always approve these every time you shop with us. The terms you accept for your purchase apply to the trade in question.


We accept payment with Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, and Paypal and Klarna. We do not charge card fees. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are incl. VAT. Artsy Fartsy ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we can at the checkout share your personal information in the form of contact information and order information with Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose payment methods and adapt them to you. Your personal data shared will be processed in accordance with Klarna’s own data protection information.


We deliver Monday to Friday and your goods are delivered to the nearest parcel shop. The time of delivery depends on the delivery service, as well as how fast we can produce your order. Typically, the delivery time will be 2-4 days. You can track your package at any time via the track and trace number you receive.

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or part.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to hello@artsyfartsy.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

These agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a clear personal touch,

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it differently than what was necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties, and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

If you regret your purchase, you will get a refund. If the item is damaged or impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation of having returned it.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods.
This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also, remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.
You are always welcome to contact customer service if you want to complain about an item you have purchased from us or any other type of complaint related to Artsyfartsy. You can also complain directly to the Consumer Complaints Board – see the section on access to complaints in the terms and conditions below.
