RETURN
All purchases made on artsyfartsy.eu can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item or when it arrives in a parcel shop. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day when you receive the last item. Unfortunately, it is impossible to exchange for another item online, so if you want to exchange an item, you must return your purchased item and place a new order.
Please wrap the item with the same protection as when you received it. For 50×70 and 70×100 frames, it is important that you put on both corner protectors and put bubble wrap around. If you are in doubt about how best to protect the item, you are always welcome to contact customer service.

The returned item must be in its original packaging and not be used. However, you have the right to see the item before sending it back.
Once we have received the item returned, we will deposit the amount on the payment card used to purchase your item. You will receive your money back as soon as possible and, most often, within a week, depending on your card provider.
